FAQWe work as your private diamond concierge rather than as a shop. Every stone is sourced to order through the same merchants and master setters a jewellery house would use, and every lab-grown and natural diamond is IGI certified for cut, colour, clarity and carat — the report travels with your piece. Without a showroom, a showcase or stock sitting in a safe, the money goes into the stone and the setting instead of the overheads, which is why a LIRÈNE piece is priced at a fraction of a boutique equivalent of the same specification. Recycled 18K gold throughout, made in 3–4 weeks, delivered worldwide.
Complimentary DHL Express on every order, everywhere we ship, with no minimum. Your piece is made in 3–4 weeks for a collection order and 5–7 weeks for a bespoke commission; once it leaves the atelier, allow 1–2 business days within Hong Kong and Singapore and 3–7 business days elsewhere. Every parcel is fully insured door to door, tracked, and released only against a signature.
You have thirty days from delivery to change your mind on a collection piece, returned unworn and in its original condition and packaging. We issue LIRÈNE store credit, valid for life, so you can choose another piece at your leisure — or put it towards a bespoke commission. Bespoke and personalised pieces are final sale unless faulty, because they are made for one person and cannot be offered to anyone else. Consumers in the EU and the UK also have a fourteen-day statutory right to a refund to their card.
Rather than issue our own valuation, every lab-grown and natural diamond piece is independently submitted to the International Gemological Institute (igi.org) once it is finished. Your IGI report is an independent record of the stone's characteristics and authenticity, recognised internationally. We price directly to you, against the quality of the stone, the metal and the work — not against a valuation figure chosen in advance. If you need a replacement valuation for insurance, we would ask an independent registered jewellery valuer: an unbiased figure based on current replacement cost, which often differs from what you paid.
Store each piece on its own, somewhere dry and not the bathroom. Keep it away from perfume, lotion, chlorine and salt water — last on, first off — and take it off before sleeping, bathing, swimming or exercising. Clean it every few weeks in warm water with mild soap, brushing gently behind the stone, then pat dry. Vermeil asks for a little more: keep it dry and wipe rather than wash.
Rings are sized US 3.5–9, or to a measurement you give us; bracelets run 16–19 cm and necklaces 40 or 45 cm. The size guide converts US, UK, European, Hong Kong and Japanese sizing against finger circumference and shows how to measure at home. If you would rather not guess, we will post you a ring sizer anywhere in the world — just ask. Made-to-order rings include one complimentary resize in the first year.
Recycled 18K solid gold is the house standard, in white, yellow or rose, with 14K, 9K and platinum on selected designs. Vermeil is a layer of 18K gold over solid 925 sterling silver — a genuine precious-metal piece at a fraction of the price, whose gold layer does thin gradually with heavy wear. Stones are IGI-certified lab-grown and natural diamonds, and moissanite, which is never sold as diamond. Every product page says which is which.
