Every piece is sent via DHL Express, fully insured for its full value, with signature required on delivery.

Shipping is complimentary on every order, to every destination we deliver to, with no minimum order value.

There is no delivery charge to add at checkout and no threshold to reach, in any currency. What you see as the total is what you pay us — though customs duties and import taxes, set by your own country, are separate and are covered below.

Made-to-order collection pieces are crafted in 3–4 weeks; bespoke commissions typically take 5–7 weeks — both counted from order confirmation, not from dispatch. Once your piece is dispatched, DHL Express typically delivers within 1–3 business days.

We ship worldwide. Delivery is priced by destination and confirmed at checkout, so there is nothing to request and nothing quoted after the fact. Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery, not by LIRÈNE.

Your order is sent on a delivered-at-place basis, which is how the trade normally moves goods of this value: the piece clears customs in your name. That means import VAT or GST, any customs duty, and the courier's own handling fee are payable by you when the parcel arrives, and DHL will collect them before it hands the piece over. We show your destination's headline rate at checkout so the figure is not a surprise, but the exact amount is decided by your customs authority and not by us. LIRÈNE never charges these and never receives them.

Two destinations are worth calling out. Hong Kong levies no import duty or sales tax at all, so a Hong Kong order carries nothing beyond the price you paid. Singapore does: GST applies to the full value of the parcel, shipping included, once that exceeds S$400 — which is the case for almost every piece we make. Complimentary delivery means the courier is not charging you, not that customs will not.

A tracking link is shared with you once your piece is dispatched. Given the value of each piece, a signature is required on delivery.
