Made-to-order collection pieces take 3–4 weeks; bespoke commissions typically take 5–7 weeks, both from order confirmation. Delivery via DHL Express follows once your piece is finished.

Contact us as soon as possible. Before production begins, cancellation may be possible at our discretion. Once production has started and your deposit applied, orders are final sale except where a piece is faulty — see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds — the same carbon crystal, grown above ground rather than mined. Every lab-grown and natural diamond we set is IGI certified.

Every lab-grown and natural diamond is independently graded by IGI (igi.org) — the International Gemological Institute — for cut, colour, clarity and carat. The certificate travels with your piece and is proof of exactly what you are wearing.

Moissanite is a distinct gemstone in its own right, prized for its brilliance. Our moissanite is hand-matched and graded for cut and clarity — it is priced accordingly and is never diamond or IGI certified, and we're always upfront about which pieces are moissanite.

We certify our diamonds through IGI. You may also be familiar with GIA (gia.edu) — the Gemological Institute of America — another internationally recognised grading laboratory using comparable standards; we reference it here simply as a point of comparison for clients familiar with GIA terminology.

Recycled 18K gold throughout, in the finish listed on each piece — solid or vermeil.

Store each piece individually in its original packaging, away from humidity. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine and salt water, and remove jewellery before sleeping, bathing or swimming. Clean gently with warm water and a mild soap, then pat dry. For vermeil pieces, minimise moisture and friction — gradual wear of the gold finish over time is a natural characteristic of vermeil, not a manufacturing fault.

Yes — you have thirty days from delivery to change your mind on a collection piece, returned unworn and in its original condition and packaging. We issue LIRÈNE store credit, valid for life, so you can choose again in your own time. Bespoke commissions and personalised pieces are final sale unless faulty.
