Warranty Policy

Every lab-grown and natural diamond piece is covered by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the piece at our discretion, at no charge.

Made-to-order moissanite pieces carry a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery.

Email atelier@lirenejewellery.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Once we confirm the fault is a manufacturing defect, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for assessment and repair. We recommend sending pieces for assessment via an insured, trackable courier.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, impact damage, stone loosening or loss from wear, discolouration from chemicals, perfume or cosmetics, wear to plated or vermeil finishes, damage from improper care, or loss and theft. Any work carried out by a jeweller outside LIRÈNE will void this warranty, as we cannot guarantee workmanship we did not perform.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under Hong Kong's Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and, if you are based in Singapore, any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under Singapore law.
