LIRÈNE is the trading name of Olympe Ventures Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong under Business Registration No. 80995295, which operates this website and is the party you contract with when you place an order. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms, and may amend or discontinue any piece, at our discretion.

These terms are provided in English, 繁體中文 and 简体中文. Each version is intended to carry the same meaning. If you notice a discrepancy between versions, please contact the atelier so we can clarify.

You do not need an account or any personal information to browse the collection. Providing your name and contact details is optional, and only needed once you would like to begin an order.

Every piece is made to order. You browse the collection or describe a bespoke idea, then reach the atelier by email to confirm the stone, metal, size and any adjustments. We then share a clear, written quote in HKD or SGD. An order is only confirmed once you accept that quote and the required deposit is received — an enquiry or brief on its own is not an order.

A deposit is required to begin production, as your stone is sourced and your piece is cast specifically for you. Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced. The exact deposit amount, accepted payment method, and balance schedule are confirmed directly with you by the atelier when your order is confirmed. We do not currently operate a live online checkout — no payment card details are collected or stored by this website.

Prices on this site are indicative ranges. Your final price is confirmed in your written quote before any deposit is taken. Prices are set in Hong Kong dollars and shown in your chosen currency at a rate we review regularly, so a converted price is stable rather than changing day to day; your card is charged in the currency shown at checkout. On international orders outside Hong Kong and Singapore, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Delivery is carried out by DHL Express, fully insured. Full details are set out in our Shipping page. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by customs authorities.

Every lab-grown and natural diamond is IGI certified. Moissanite pieces are graded for cut and clarity, priced accordingly, and are never represented as diamond or as IGI certified.

Every piece is covered by our Warranty Policy — a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on lab-grown and natural diamond pieces, and a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty on moissanite pieces.

Collection pieces may be returned within thirty days of delivery, unworn and in their original condition and packaging, in exchange for LIRÈNE store credit valid for life. Bespoke commissions and personalised pieces are final sale once production begins, except where a piece arrives faulty. Consumers in the EU and the UK have a separate fourteen-day statutory right to a refund. Full details are set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

All designs, photography, text and other content on this site belong to LIRÈNE and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold under the law of your own country of residence, including Singapore.
